Weberpremix Hand Plaster — 50kg
Weberpremix Hand is a cement-based ready-mix hand plaster designed for fast, consistent manual finishing on walls and ceilings. It provides good workability and curing thanks to its optimized blend of Portland cement, selected sand and performance additives, making it suitable for traditional plastering works. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
The product is supplied as a grey powder in 50 kg bags. Mix one bag with 8–9 L of clean water (manual or mechanical mixing) to obtain a smooth homogeneous paste. After mixing, let the paste rest briefly and apply manually with a trowel. Apply up to ≈15 mm per coat; level and finish once the plaster starts to firm, then cure as recommended.

Ready-mixed, easy-to-apply hand plaster for reliable, uniform finishes — fast to prepare and simple to cure.
Application & Best Practice
Prepare substrate: ensure surfaces are clean, sound and free from dust, oil, loose material or laitance. Where required, apply a spatter-dash/key coat (weberpremix key coat / SRC) to improve bonding; dampen the key coat a few hours later before plastering.
Mixing: one 50 kg bag + 8–9 L clean water → mix to homogeneous paste (manual or mechanical). Let rest briefly before use. Apply manually with a trowel to the desired thickness (max ~15 mm per coat). After levelling, finish with a synthetic sponge once the surface has stiffened.
Curing & Handling
Protect fresh plaster from direct sun and wind. Cure by spraying water 3–4 times daily for at least 3 days to ensure proper hydration and minimize cracking.
Standards & Safety
Conforms to applicable standards referenced in the technical datasheet (e.g., ASTM, BS EN, DTU references). Contains cement powder — avoid dust inhalation; wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, dust mask). In case of skin or eye contact, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention if necessary. Non-flammable.
