Dunlop SN.1601 Non-Flammable Sprayable Adhesive
Dunlop SN.1601 is a versatile, non-flammable, and odorless spray adhesive used in many fields. It is designed for bonding a wide range of materials including upholstery, sponge, wooden boards, and metal surfaces, making it a multi-purpose solution for industrial and commercial sectors.
This product line is designed with various specifications to meet customer needs, offering different levels of adhesive strength, heat resistance, and drying speeds. It is applied as a thin, even layer using a stainless steel spray gun at an air pressure of 4-6 bar. Depending on the porosity of the surfaces, temperature, and humidity, parts can be bonded immediately after spraying or up to 15 minutes later by pressing the two surfaces firmly together.
