Standard MDF Boards – EN-Compliant, Low Formaldehyde
Standard MDF Boards are high-density, formaldehyde-compliant engineered wood panels ideal for furniture, cabinetry, and interior design. Certified to EN standards and CARB Phase 2, these boards offer exceptional stability, screw-holding strength, and low thickness swelling (≤10% for 19-25mm). Available in thicknesses from 1.8mm to 25mm, they are perfect for precision applications.
With a density range of 670–800 kg/m³ and E1/E2 formaldehyde classification (≤8mg/100g), these boards prioritize safety and durability. Designed for CNC machining, painting, and laminating, they meet rigorous requirements for edge straightness (±1.5mm/m) and squareness (±2mm/m).
